US State Department Adds Countries to B-1/B-2 Visa Bond Pilot Program

Visas issued under the pilot program are valid for a maximum of three months and allow only a single entry into the United States. Holders are permitted to stay in the country for up to 30 days.

If a traveler follows the visa conditions and leaves the United States on time, or files a timely extension or change of status request, the bond payment is refunded in full.
