Bahrain publishes a clear visa price list. An eVisa costs 9 Bahraini dinars for a two week single entry, 16 for a three month multiple entry visa with a one month stay, 44 for a one year multiple entry visa with a 90 day stay, and 64 for a five year version. A visa on arrival is cheaper, 5 dinars for two weeks single entry and 12 for the three month multiple entry version. Processing of an eVisa takes about three to five working days.
Citizens of all countries except Belarus, Iran, Kosovo, and North Korea can get a visa on arrival, according to the official eVisa site. Belarusians can apply for an e-visa, and Iranians, Kosovars, and North Koreans need a visa in advance with a guarantor. Citizens of Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE enter with a national ID card.
