The Philippines has a free online form that you have to do inside a 72 hour window. The eTravel system says you may only register within 72 hours before your arrival or departure, and travelers are told to present their eTravel QR code at flight boarding. Registration is free, and guides warn that any site charging for it is not the official one.
Citizens of about 160 countries, including the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and the EU countries, get 30 days visa free under Executive Order 408, and a longer stay is arranged by applying for an extension at a local immigration office once you are in the country. Guides also list a passport valid for at least six months beyond the stay and an onward or return ticket among the requirements.
