Apply online through the Department of Immigration's own portal or in person at its Kathmandu office (biometric verification requires an in person visit either way), a minimum fee of USD 45 covers the first 15 days, with each further day charged at USD 3, up to the same 150 day per calendar year maximum every visitor is subject to regardless of nationality
