A genuinely major, recent, dated change: Togo unilaterally extended visa free entry to all African Union member states, 30 days, effective 18 May 2026, this functionally absorbs the older ECOWAS exemption in force since 30 April 1980 since both groups now share identical 30 day terms. Morocco separately keeps a better bilateral 90 day exemption. Several further bilateral agreements (Central African Republic, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Qatar, Serbia, Sao Tome and Principe, India, Rwanda) are signed but explicitly not yet in force per the source, correctly not modeled as exempt.
